Catering Website Terms & Conditions
Liang Yuan Pte Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”) has established these Terms and Conditions for each customer (“you,” “your”). Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order from www.liangyuan.com.sg (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), or through Liang Yuan sales hotline at (+65) 6838 8888 (hereinafter referred to as the “Hotline”). You should understand that by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions below, do not access this Website or any pages thereof.

- Promotion is valid with the purchase of any regular or mini buffet
- Customers may purchase the Pandan Chiffon Cake at a special price of $12 per piece, capped at 2 per order. Additional cakes will be at $23/per piece
- In the event of dispute, Liang Yuan Pte Ltd holds the final decision
These Terms & Conditions apply to any order with Liang Yuan.
Delivery Hours: 7.00am to 7.30pm
Hotline Hours: 9am to 7.30pm
A $100 surcharge applies for delivery before 7.45am
Delivery duration is estimated to be 30 to 60 minutes before or after the stipulated timing upon successful order and payment confirmation
A minimum order of $300 applies for all delivery orders (minimum order amount may be adjusted for festive periods)
No minimum order applies for all self-collection orders
A delivery charge of $45 – $100 to a single delivery point applies for each order via Hotline/Website
Delivery Charge of $45 ($49.05 w/GST) per trip is applicable for mini buffet and mini party set orders
Delivery Charge of $90 ($98.10 w/GST) per return trip is applicable for regular buffet orders
A $10 surcharge applies for delivery to selected areas, with the following first two-digit postal codes:
Robinson – 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square – 03, 17; Orchard – 22, 23; Bras Basah – 18, 19; Alps Ave – 49Festive surcharge of $20 – $30 is applicable for all delivery orders
Surcharge of $50 – $100 is applicable for delivery to venues without direct lift landing
Liang Yuan accepts payment methods like PayNow, Credit Cards & Debit Cards only. Note that pre-payment 2 working days prior to the event is required
A 3% administrative charge on top of the total bill is applicable for Credit & Debit Cards payments. The prevailing GST is chargeable on the administrative charge
Prices shown are exclusive of GST
For cancellation of orders, please contact our sales consultants at least 3 working days before the function date
An administrative fee of $100 is applicable to process the refund upon customer’s withdrawal of the event booking once prepayment has been made
50% of the total bill will be refunded if the cancellation request is received 1 working day prior to the event date
No refunds will be made if the order cancellation is made on the event date itself
Due to the labour-intensive job’s nature, a 10% service charge is applicable for waste management, labour & equipment set up
Price and information are effective immediately and subject to change without prior notification
We reserve the right to change the dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice due to seasonality
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotional item(s) from the menu where it deemed fit
To ensure the safety of our drivers, delivery may be affected and delayed due to bad weather, traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances
Customers are responsible for checking the order and delivery details provided in the order confirmation. Liang Yuan will not be liable for any charges made due to customers’ oversight
